Eddie Goodall
President
A lifelong advocate of charter schools, Eddie has served on multiple new charter school boards. He managed his successful CPA firms for over 30 years and he is a former North Carolina State Senator. Eddie sponsored most of the charter school legislation during his term in public office. He founded the NC Association for Public Charter Schools which continues to successfully operate to this day. In 2018 he received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” for his service to Charter Schools in North Carolina. His book, “A Charter Diary”, is his account of the path to opening the second 100 charter schools in NC after the cap was lifted.
Anthony Rodriguez
Vice President
Anthony began his work with charter schools in 2012 as the Director of Advocacy for the NC Public Charter Schools Association, where he collaborated with schools and business partners to support the ongoing success for charter schools in NC. To advance his educational experience, Anthony worked with the Bill of Rights Institute helping develop partnerships with public, private charter and home school networks. in 2018, he joined Goodall consulting as Vice President, focusing on school development and operations. Anthony lives with his daughter, Lilly in Indian Land, South Carolina.
Alicia Soto-Bazemore
With over a decade of experience in the education sector and a strong background in business, marketing, and real estate, Alicia brings a unique blend of expertise and passion for school development, excellence, and success. Alicia’s career in education spans more than 10 years, during which she has excelled as both a teacher and a school administrator in public and charter schools in Nevada and North Carolina. Alicia is dedicated to building and nurturing strong partnerships with schools, stakeholders and community members throughout North Carolina.

Our team has collectively over 25 years of experience as large scale data managers for some of the top performing school districts in NC. We have successfully launched and maintained operations and financial management for over 20 charter schools. Our team also has over 20 years of accounting experience and specialize in payroll and budgets for charter schools. We ensure that our clients remain in compliance with all changing rules and regulations and are primed for long term success. We are a professional, caring, and responsive group who love to dig in and support schools in any way we can.
