President
Eddie has served on multiple new charter boards. He is a former state senator who sponsored most of the charter legislation during his term. He managed his CPA practices for nearly 30 years. He founded the NC Association for Public Charter Schools and in 2018 received a “Lifetime Achievement Award” from it. His book, “A Charter Diary,” is his account of the second 100 charter schools in North Carolina.
Vice President
Anthony started his work with charter schools back in 2012 as the Director of Advocacy for the NC Public Charter Schools Association, where he worked with schools and business partners. To advance his educational experience Anthony worked with the Bill of Rights Institute helping develop free curricular resources for schools and develop partnerships with public, private, charter, and home school networks. In 2018, he joined Goodall Consulting as Vice President focusing on school development and operations. Anthony lives with his daughter, Lilly in Indian Land, South Carolina.
Relationship Director
With over a decade of experience in the education sector and a strong background in business and real estate, Alicia brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role as Relationship Director at Goodall Consulting. Alicia’s career in education spans more than 10 years, during which she has excelled as both a teacher and an administrator in public and charter schools in Nevada and North Carolina. As Relationship Director, Alicia is dedicated to building and nurturing strong partnerships with charter schools, stakeholders, and community members throughout NC.
Operations Manager
Teresa worked for Union County Public Schools for 14 years in many different aspects within the school system. Using the skills she learned from this she decided to pursue a new career as Office Manager with Union Day Charter School as one of the founding staff members. With the knowledge she acquired from that, she then joined with Goodall Consulting to become part of its team.
PowerSchool Coordinator
Dale recently retired from Union County Public Schools with over 25 years of experience. During her time there she held positions such as PowerSchool Coordinator, Central Office EC Data Manager and School NCWISE Data Manager. In 2019 Dale was awarded the UCAEOP Educational Office Professional of the Year. We are excited to have Dale join Goodall Consulting as the PowerSchool Coordinator. She is PowerSchool SIS IPT Certified and will bring extensive knowledge to our schools.
Vice President of accounting
Shannon Watts has been a part of the Charter School Team for the past five years. Bringing over 20 years of accounting experience to the team, Shannon manages the payroll and budgets for charter schools, keeping up to date with all of the changing rules and regulations for the Carolinas and Georgia and also providing clients with any financial reporting.
